Patients and Visitors

If you are a patient or visitor at Queen of the Valley Medical Center, then you can rest assured knowing that you have come to the correct place for advanced care.

The Queen's Café is located down the hall from the lobby and across from the first elevator.

The cafeteria is open Monday-Friday, from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Breakfast is served 7 - 10 a.m.; Lunch from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. and grab and go meals from 2 - 7 p.m.

During the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the cafeteria is open 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. Breakfast is served 7 - 10 a.m. and grab and go meals from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

These times may vary on holidays.

Our facility provides interpreter services free of charge for our non-English speaking and hearing impaired patients and their families. If you would like an interpreter, please ask the registration staff, nurse, or doctor to contact one for you.

DAISY Award

The DAISY Award LogoThe DAISY Nurse award is a nursing recognition program developed by The DAISY Foundation to honor extraordinary nurses identified by their patients and/or their families for the super-human work nurses do every day.

Developed by the family of Patrick Barnes as a way to say "thank you" to nurses everywhere for the extraordinary care their son received while hospitalized, every quarter a winner is selected from the nominations by the DAISY Committee.

Awardees are selected based on the detail of the nomination, their great clinical skill and leadership as well as their especially strong patient care and compassion demonstrated and aligned with our mission, vision, and values.

Poppy Award

The Poppy Award is a Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center program that celebrates the extraordinary skills and compassionate service of our non-nurse caregivers. We are proud to recognize these employees.
