Over eight years ago, Kyle Chappell’s family received a phone call that changed their lives.
After serving valiantly in the U.S. Marine Corps, Kyle — known throughout NJ as the ‘Miracle Marine’ — survived a devastating motorcycle crash that left him with life-threatening injuries. He spent 46 days in a coma and when he regained consciousness was faced with a long road toward recovery.
And today? His story looks much different. 🇺🇸💙
With a recently renovated kitchen designed around his unique needs, as well as his fondness for whipping up delectable meals, Kyle can now navigate everyday life with greater ease and independence. Moreover, for his family, seeing him enjoy this special moment in his accessible new space is a reminder of just how far he has come.
“I’m just grateful,” his mom told us with tears in her eyes.
