Doesn't even get closer to the car. Just says it from ten feet away. At this point I'm still calm, I just say "Ok, well I need this actually fixed before Friday, I have a trip. Can someone look at it properly?" He says "We already looked at it. You want us to look again, that's another labor charge." I said "I just paid $280 for the original problem to still be there, I'm not paying another labor charge to fix what you already charged me to fix."
