According to CardGorilla on the 15th, representative cards that provide discounts on apartment management costs and recognition of previous month's performance include LOCA 365 Card, Shinhan Card Edu, Samsung ID ALL Card, Shinhan Card Deep Once, and ROUTINE. The discount method and limit are different for each card, so the actual benefits may vary depending on what fixed expenses other than administrative expenses are spent.

The Rocca 365 card applies a 10% discount on apartment maintenance and utility bills. The discount limit for apartment management fees is 5,000 won per month, and you have to pay more than 20,000 won to get a discount. Public transportation, mobile communication fees, and life and non-life insurance premiums are also subject to a 10% discount, and the same discount rate is applied to delivery apps and workbooks. OTT and streaming subscriptions will be discounted by 1,500 won.

The previous month's performance is more than 500,000 won, but the discounted payment amount is also included in the performance. Consumers who spend a lot of money regularly every month, such as electricity bills, gas bills, and insurance premiums, as well as apartment management costs, are highly utilized. If you add up to all the benefits, you can get a discount of up to 35,600 won per month.

If you are a consumer who spends a lot on education, Shinhan Card Edu is also worth paying attention to.
