Dude. People have been trying to transform education for decades. You said a lot of pithy things that echo what we've been saying for decades. There is so much work to be done to make education accessible to all students, to overhaul the culture of and attitudes towards education, to push towards a real perspective of educators as professionals, to assist the thousands of individuals who are struggling through and on and because of emergency waivers and alternative certifications. The list is much longer. And it's not sexy but really hard work for which districts will have little money to pay because of the shambles that is the condition of education in the U.S.
