This high-level hybrid event will examine the evolving governance, legal and institutional frameworks required to support trusted, inclusive and commercially meaningful digital trade, focusing on the needs and opportunities of emerging and developing economies.

The Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2026 will take place from 1–4 November 2026 in St John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, bringing together Heads of Government, Ministers and representatives from business, civil society and youth organisations.
