Police launched an investigation after a 6-year-old child crashed and died in an apartment in Incheon.

According to the Bupyeong Police Station in Incheon on the 16th, the parents reported to the police that A (6) disappeared from a household on the 15th floor of an apartment building in Incheon at 9:04 p.m. the previous day.

Police dispatched to the scene searched the area with A's parents and found A dead in an apartment flower bed at 9:30 p.m. on the same day.

At that time, it is known that A, his mother, and A's younger brother were inside the residence.

The police believe that A fell through the window of the apartment and are investigating the specific cause of death by requesting the National Forensic Service to conduct an autopsy on A's body.

A police official said, "We don't think there is any criminal connection so far," and added, "We plan to investigate the cause of the crash."
