From time to time, Meta Platforms Technologies, LLC, Meta Platforms Technologies Ireland Limited, and Meta Platforms Technologies UK LTD ("Meta," "we," "our") may offer customers discount or coupon codes for promotional or other purposes (each, an "Offer"). The terms and conditions for each Offer can vary by country or by Offer, so carefully check the terms that accompany each Offer. If there are no specific terms or conditions accompanying the Offer, or if the Offer directs you to this page, the following terms and conditions apply. In the event of any discrepancy between the terms described in the Offer and the terms on this page, the terms in the Offer will govern.
Offer Validity and Expiration
- The Offer is available for a limited time only and will expire on the date specified in connection with the Offer or at the point of issuance. If no expiration date is provided, the Offer will expire twelve (12) months from the date it is issued to you.
Redemption and Usage
- We reserve the right to exclude certain products, items, digital content or applications from Offer redemption at our sole discretion.
- The Offer may not be purchased, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash.
- The Offer is not valid on prior orders, prior purchases, or pre-order items.
- The Offer is non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, auctioned, or traded.
- Unless stated otherwise, the Offer cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

- Improper use and redemption attempts may constitute fraud and invalidate eligibility. We reserve the right to refuse participation in the Offer if any fraudulent, suspicious or otherwise unlawful actions are detected.
- Meta reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Offer at any time without prior notice.
- The Offer is void where prohibited.
- Meta reserves the right to change or modify these terms at any time and at our discretion. If Meta makes changes to these terms, we will provide notice as appropriate, sometimes by updating the date at the top of these terms.
- Items on the Meta Store are subject to availability and stock may be limited.
By using the Offer, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions as well as any additional terms specified in the Offer.
Offer valid with the purchase of eligible new, in-stock regular price Meta Flagship products, Ray Ban Meta AI Glasses and/or third-party accessories sold on Meta.com, (“Qualifying Product”), while supplies last. Credits, digital content, gift cards and apps/games excluded. To redeem, accept offer as displayed in the notificaton email, add Qualifying Product to your cart, and the discount will be applied to any qualifying order. Automatic discount expires thirty (30) days after receipt of offer notification email. Offer is non-transferable and not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Limit of one (1) offer item per Account. Batman: Arkham Shadow is for ages 16+. Offer valid with the purchase of a new Meta Quest 3 device (128 GB), Meta Quest 3 device (512 GB), Meta Quest 3S device (128 GB) and/or Meta Quest 3S device (256 GB) (“Qualifying Product”) purchased on or after September 25, 2024 through December 31, 2026 (5:00 pm PST), while supplies last. Meta account (“Account”) required. Offer Item (digital content): Batman: Arkham Shadow available in the Meta Quest Store beginning in October 2024. To receive Offer Item, Qualifying Product must be first activated between September 25, 2024 – December 31, 2026 through an Account without Batman: Arkham Shadow previously entitled on such Account (“Activation”).
