Generative AI models that make our features work may not have the most complete or recent information. That means if you ask Meta AI about the score to yesterday's football game, it might not know the right answer.
That’s why we work with selected partners, like search engine providers, so we can bring you the most relevant information.
Meta sometimes shares the messages that you send to our AIs and contextual information, like your region and interests, with these partners so you can get better results. We don’t send your personally identifying information, like your username, unless it’s included in the message to the AIs.
When you use our AI features, we may send contextual information about the content you are viewing and interacting with and general information about the person who posted it with these partners.
The partners listed below have their own privacy policies that describe how they use this information we share. We also work with partners who act as service providers and follow Meta’s Privacy Policy.
