Page management history displays management actions taken, when they occurred, and who took them. People with Facebook access to a Page can see the Page management history.
From your Page management history, you can view the actions taken by Page admins, including:
- Added or removed Page managers
- Changed Page roles or Page access (for example, changing a profile's access to manage the Page from Facebook access to task access)
- Changed Page settings
- Added, removed or left groups
- Enabled or disabled Page messaging
View your Page’s management history
To view a Page's management history, you need Facebook access to that Page. To view your Page’s management history:
- Log into Facebook, then click your profile photo in the top right.
- Click See all profiles, then select the Page you want to switch into.
- Click your Page's profile picture in the top right.
- Click Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
- Click Page setup in the left menu.
- Click Page management history.
Your Page management history will not show actions taken by systems users and actions taken before November 1, 2019. You can also download your business history in Business Manager. Learn how to download your business history.
