The at-large city council incumbents for Fillmore, Santa Paula, and Thousand Oaks appear on the Report, but are not considered “incumbents” for the newly formed by-district city council offices.
The same applies to the at-large board members for Conejo Recreation and Park District and Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District, who are not considered “incumbents” for the newly formed by-division offices.

Ventura County Clerk-Recorder and Registrar of Voters Michelle Ascencion announced the extension of the nomination period for the following offices that are scheduled to be voted on in the November 3, 2026 General Election.
