I fail to see your point. It's a public service. The tools they use, the cars they have. These are paid for by tax payers. There is already a shortage of police officers. This just takes away from that. Also why should any private entity be able to pay for public services?

I feel like there are a few problems with this as well. Let's say you are casual, then you probably suck at pvp. You don't know the map and you may not know a lot of things about the game and you never will. You are basically just going to die 90% of the time anyway. If are thinking someone is going to kill you, then its just people trolling anyway. A lot pvpers have everything already. They don't care if they lose their stuff. In fact, they will just leave people's gear and take bandages and shield rechargers.

I don't really mind the pvp in this game, but as the og comment said, why not just have PVE mode. If they are doing all of this, why not just do PVE mode?

I had this same feeling in Dune awakening. I hated the end game. Great game overall, until the end. They made a lot of weird choices. At least in dune, if someone took me out, I could probably find them again. In arc, I have no way to get my revenge, it feels so bad. You have to look out for arc enemies and then look out for humans looking to pvp. For some reason, this feels worse than say something like fortnite or pubg, where you know you are trying to kill other people and you may never be able to get revenge, but because you know everyone is out to kill you, its fine. Its expected. When someone stabs you in the back in arc, it just feels bad.

Overall, my experience in arc has been a blast and people have been mostly friendly in the lobbies I have been in. I will say this though, if something doesn't change soon in this game, it will die like dune. I am not complaining. I got my monies worth, but it's not repeatable for a long period of time like tarkov. If they had some more events to work together with people in a PvE mode, I for one would have a blast with this. If they have a very specific pvp map and mode where like the only way to get loot is to kill people, I would have fun with this. Stella is currently not this though.

yes, this would be true if there was actually any risk to the game. thats kind of my point here. i get some people will still get stressed, but once you get used to the game, it feels chill and doesnt seem like there is any risk

I mean what tension? I go into lobbies and i just don't care if someone starts shooting me. If they kill me? oh well, move on and play a new round. I play like I won't be shot and if someone does try to shoot me, i'll try and defend. There really is no risk/reward in this game since a lot of the early guns do just fine in pvp. The endgame is a bit of joke too, not really much to do except to pvp like its counterstrike or just fuck around.

No. Its pretty whack tbh. I had to defend myself a few rounds in a row. Every time I would, it would keep matching me with non friendlies. So, it kept getting worse and worse. Most people will straight pretend to act friendly as well and then shoot you in the back. The rats just kept getting worst. I eventually just kept saying i hated the round due to pvp and went in with free loadouts and had people kill me. It finally kicked me back down into passive lobbies.

I have the AW3225QF and love it.

I do programming as well, but mostly game on the monitor I have now. After some tweaking (i followed a guide, but would need to find again), I haven't looked back since. I don't notice any fringing on mine and I love this monitor. I just my monitor in HDR all the time tbh and it works fine for me.

You can typically wait and they will go on sale. Maybe with CES, it will drop, but I was able to pick it up for $900.

I actually had a couple of cold spares around. So, when I built my new NAS, I was like fuck it. I'll just get a drive when one fails. The 2 I had basically sat there for 10 years or so. So, yeah, I don't even see a need for a hot spare, let alone a cold.
