Is there a way to install formats from git repository using non https transport? #1665

lnav just looks for .git at the end of the argument and passes it to git clone. So, the following:

lnav -i git@github.com:tstack/fullsail_lnav_config.git

Should run the following (if the directory doesn't already exist):

git clone git@github.com:tstack/fullsail_lnav_config.git

If the corresponding directory already exists in the config dir, then it will just run git pull

I see that the directory name under ~/.config/lnav/formats includes transformed protocol and user git+ssh://git@ ➜ git_ssh___git_ which makes the name long and odd looking. Also, theoretically, someone could install the same repo twice using different protocols and would get two different copies and there is the question which one wins? Maybe it would be enough to construct directory name from path only?
