Netdata Mobile (Android) — "item not found" on Google Play in Canada, while iOS is available #23442

Country availability on Google Play isn't something the store decides per-user — it's a per-country distribution list the app's publisher maintains in the Play Console. iOS being available while Android isn't in Canada means the Android listing simply doesn't have Canada ticked (or a staged rollout hasn't reached it), which is almost certainly an oversight rather than a policy — there's no obvious reason to ship iOS to Canada and exclude Android.

So this discussion is the right first step, but to make sure it reaches the people who can flip the checkbox: reporting it through Netdata's support/contact channel (or an issue on the mobile app's tracker if it's public) with "Android app shows 'item not found' on Google Play in Canada; iOS available" gets it in front of whoever owns the Play Console listing.

Meanwhile, so you're not blocked on the store: Netdata Cloud's web dashboard works fully in a mobile browser — sign in at app.netdata.cloud from Chrome/Firefox on Android, and you can "Add to Home screen" to get an app-like PWA experience (icon, full-screen). That covers monitoring and alerts-viewing while the listing gets fixed. I'd avoid sideloading the APK from third-party mirrors for a monitoring tool that holds your infrastructure credentials — the web dashboard is the safe stopgap.
