Adds explicit guidance to the repoβs agent-facing conventions so automated contributors consistently use the pull request template, including the required βAuthorship and follow-upβ gate.
Changes:
- Introduces a new βPull Requestsβ section in
AGENTS.mddirecting agents to use.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.mdas the PR body. - Calls out the templateβs REQUIRED βAuthorship and follow-upβ instruction to ensure agents ask (not infer) who will respond to review comments.
