Router resources integrate the Angular router with the Signals Resource API, allowing route-level data fetching during navigation transitions. This commit exposes the public API for router resources: - `withRouterResources()`: router feature to enable route resource support - `Route.resources`: route configuration function to define reactive resources with access to route params, queries, and injection context - `nonBlocking()`: helper to create non-blocking route resources that resolve without blocking route activation - `ResourceContext` and `ResourceResult`: supporting types for router resources - Component input binding support for route resources with priority over route data and parameters - Documentation and navigation entries for router resources on angular.dev
