• My main responsibility is to create and keep the right processes in our development to have a reliable dev team, making deadlines and having fulfilled developers. Another important part is to create and apply tech vision which can hold and lead our technology for sustainable time and help to elevate itself to have a sustainable architecture, good quality code and appropriate and attractive technology which developers are happy to work with and are reasonably substitutable.
• My daily work is to lead standups based on planned work on an actual sprint with the whole dev team such as developers, devops and testers. I have to plan sprints and lead groomings with new tickets. I am also managing weekly releases, where I am deciding based on business requirements what should we deploy and when and controlling the whole process. I am also managing upgrades of custom instances of our clients.
• Other responsibilities are managing and prioritizing dev and devops work to achieve our long term plans with our products and environments to have better technologies and more valuable products for us and our customers. Show less

• I was responsible for talking with clients about their problems and thinking about new features. I was preparing rough concepts from the beginning as drawings on paper, discussing them with stakeholders such as clients, our business etc. to test these ideas with them. After being convinced based on information we get, I was assigning these concepts to designers to design by the criteria and using these designs for developers when I was preparing tickets for creating new features. • I was responsible for talking with clients about their problems and thinking about new features. After being convinced based on information we get, I was assigning these concepts to designers to design by the criteria and using these designs for developers when I was preparing tickets for creating new features. So my job was to think about the possible features based on clients and our business needs, discussing them, assigning to designers and creating tickets for developers to develop them in nearest sprints.
• Next step for me was leading my own project with externalists such as communication mobile app for lawyers and their clients. The main problems were finding the main balance between security and usability for both sides. The app was end-to-end encrypted and the main focus was on messaging, creating tasks and sending files between each of the groups. I was working not only on a product, where I had to figure out how it should work in general, but also managing daily standups and sprints to make the whole app works and developed in our deadlines.
• At the end I was managing also our main web application and at one time thinking about new features, assigning work to designers, creating new tickets for our main web application, keeping an eye on finishing on deadlines with mobile app and building right processes inside the company for our technology team.
